help with 3.1 v6 motor problems
 

hey fellow third genners i have a problem again...... my v6 was running great until the other day i drove it home and the alternator went on it and the process i was driving it home i was watching the battery gauge drop i got it home and ther battery was gone so i got a new battery and alternator put it all back on started the car and now it wont idle nor rev up it sits there and pulses rev, rev,rev, and if you give it gas it wont idle up it boggs down i am stumped i was told it was my timing chain because it did jump before so we advanced the plugs to run right so if anyone has any info please help summer almost over i want my car back

If its the timing chain. You should get it fixed.
 

If its the timing chain. You should get it fixed. It will just keep doing it. Mine did it in May right after I got the car. I also had to get two fuel injectors because they went bad after the timing chain jumped. Something to do with the knck sensor.
