OK.. The other night my b/f dropped me off and after that he went to meet one of his friends in the windixie parking lot. the next thing him and his friend know is that there are like 5 cops surrounding them. they never looked at his friend eric's truck but the cops were laughing at my b/f's car and were REALLY rude to him and eric. They blaimed my b/f of street racing, reckless driving, running from the cops in a residential neighborhood, and being out past cerfew. he was out past cerfew but thats not acriminal offense. the main thing though is.. he had proof that he wasnt street racing at the time the cop said he was because we were at walmart and they could pull up the security vidoes not to mention i had the reciept for what we bought but i wasnt there so i couldnt show them. and they blamed him of running from the cops when at that time we were at 711 getting black and milds, they could check the cameras there too, but the other thing about the running from the cop thing is that they had the tag number for a nissan sentra when he drives and altima. the only thing that he was in the wrong about was the cerfew but they didnt care about the details of the wrong tag for the chase. and they still cuffed him and put him in the cop car. the whole time they were rude to eric also b/c he was nice to the cop until the cop slammed the door to his truck on his arm. then he got rude and called my b/f's parents to get them up there. they let eric go but josh's dad had to come up there and talk to the cop to let him out of the car. but he's hung up on the fact they didnt read him his rights when they cuffed him or anything. and they blamed him of things he didnt do. he just wanted me to ask what he can do to have the cops that were there and blamed him of things they didnt have any proof of. does anyone know about something like this happening or what can be done about it? OH! and if they didnt read him his rights cant he have everything dismissed because he did get a ticket for the cerfew BUT it has the reason that he was out past cerfew and then another part of it has a totally different reason. cant he have all of that dismissed somehow?

I just love cops down here i have only met one nice one but the dick head cops can FOAD

 

Ask this in a Regional Board that deals with your area.

 

If he went through all of that, and only got a ticket for being out after curfew, i would take the blame and deal with that ticket. They only have to read you your rights if you get arrested.
