the ss seats are definetly more comfortable,i paid $100 for 2012 camaro seats,recaros are $1000 -$1500.its all about economics

the more inclined you are to wind things out,do brake stands and 4000 rmp launches,the more chance of ripping a stud out.
they also have special screw in studs that don't require massive machine...

make sure the rotor is facing the same direction it was when you took the distributor out,this is why you make note of were the rotor is pointing before removing the distributor with a mark

from my understanding the harmonic balancer is spaced out to match your accessories by the reluctor wheel(from the fuel injected application),in the stock vortec l31 there is a reluctor wheel behind...

the stock l31 with the camshaft from the sp350/357 vortec(also simply add ls6 valve springs and comp retainers)
will give you 357 horsepower and 406 ft lbs.its cheaper to buy the l31 crate motor...

i bought this for $3300(ive put a lot more into it since then) it needed a ball joint and e-brake cable to safety.your car is worth $1000 as it is if you find the right buyer....

in many cases less is more with porting as well.gasket matching is good..there's definitely a science to it and its pretty daunting for a newb(like me)

you need to assess were the tool is working incorrectly and fix it.

if it is pushing too much,remove material in that area with a lathe dremel etc and keep testing the part on the tool
so you do...
