Lighter is on the 20 amp Courtesy Fuse.

Agree with Dave. Also, the wire going to the horn button maybe shorted at the button.

FART, Like I mentioned earlier. Cold starts for me...I turn the key, it starts, Idles at 1000ish, for a few, and then it slowly comes down to 650-750 with in 3 minutes less. Cold (20*) or Hot...

FWIW,
That ought to idle down to 650-750 rpm within a minute. Have you set the IAC and TPS? All my TPI cars 305, 350 are idling normally under a minute with a 192 T-Stat.

http://www.austinthirdgen.org/?pid=19 has all the wiring diagrams. Look up your 91 and go from there.

Visit Crutchfield.com. Input all your info for the car and then choose. They give you all the connectors/adapters for the job, plug and play. Changing the head unit is a piece of cake.
