Nothing special. It's a set of stock spindles with a j56 brake upgrade using 1le rotors turned into hubs. Wheels are off the shelf ar. They fit just fine. No spacers or anything. They only look...

The one under the thermostat. If its the mushroom type replace it for a tpi weatherpack type w pigtail. The mushroom type are motorious for corroded connection resulting in rich running.

The pulley that comes with it should be a pulley and spacer. I have machined tge spacer for perfect alignment. It was off out of the box but probably tolerance stacking (and damper thickness)

No hardened foot lifters were factory in a lot of pre 87 engines. Even pretty lame ones (l82 l83) I always keep thosr and if not worn concave I refinish tge foot and keep the ones that are the best...

Yes and see that large raised portion on the right side from 2 o clock to 4? That's the heavy side. That is not a neutral fw. The N after casting nr means nodular.

That's why I said... crack the bleeders and use a vac can in the 4 corners to pull fluid in and only start pumping the oedal for that last bit if firmness.

I'm not running boosted, just carbed. I do have a buddy for whom i built a supercharged C5 and he runs the stock radiator without issues. the weather however is a lot colder here.

fabbed new fuel lines that run through the SFC for protection and with armoring around where it's exposed. uses a bulkhead on both sides to hook to soft lines

No. Hook it up. Fill the master and crack open front and rear bleeder on the longest lines (especially front)

Then use a sucker type bleeder to get all the air out. Only after do the pedal...
