i had them laying around the shop while i was chasing down a misfire in a 97 camaro. i tried them to see if it would fix it, since old multecs are known for failing especially in cars that sit around through our long winters. it turned out that one of the brand new plug wires i had put on the car was no good so i pulled them back out. i'll get more pics tomorrow

And ouch - expensive mistake, ha. I'll be sure to test for spark before I go buy new injectors.

 

i already had them for another project i was working on and it literally takes 10 minutes to swap injectors on an lt1. it was worth a shot, since i've seen plenty of them lose injectors. checking spark and plug wires on the passenger side of the engine, however, is a bit harder. it was a convenient gamble i was willing to try especially because the ignition was all new from distributor to plug
