1989 One Owner 53k Mile Turbo Trans Am (TTA) For Sale In Upstate NY
53k original mile 20th Anniversary Indy Pace Car Turbo Trans Am, one owner, stock, all original TTA. It needs minor work. I've had it a while, but I don't drive it much and I do not want to store it any longer. It needs drivers seat repair. All original body, no accidents. The paint is good but not great. It has new tires, new brakes, new heater core, recently tuned up with new various sensors. It runs and drives very good. This is a good driver TTA with all original records, actual window decal, receipts and owners kit.

Im curious as to how a car with only 53K miles on it has a steering wheel that looks like it has 553K miles on it and a seat that looks like it has 100K miles on it. The seatbelt guide is also broken. I see these things on low mileage 3rd gens and it just baffles me

Car was driven for a period of time, that's for sure. I'd have at least tidied some wear items before selling it if it were me.

I agree... it shouldn't be worn like this... they (GM) didn't use any materials that stood the test of time, that's for sure.

Looks like normal wear for a lot of in town, short trip type of drives. Most likely not a lot of highway miles.

I bought my TTA with approx 50k on it back in 2010. It had the same wear issues; steering wheel, front seats and the top of the rear seats were sun cooked. Originally a Texas car. I spent about 1500 to redo those items. Probably cost another 500 or so to do carpet and headliner. Thats still on my list. Nice car 360chris. GLWS!

My TTA has 27K on it and shows wear on the steering wheel and seat. Though mine are not worn quite like that, it is not uncommon in the GTA's and TTA's. Both those items are easily fixed.
