For what's it worth, IF it was repainted a SOLID METALLIC BLUE, can the chute and redo the Interior in PLAIN WHITE LEATHER and see how it plays. I'am sure this would be a neck snapper when on the road!
I like where the dash tach is redlined @4,600.

Re: I blame the Monkee Mobile

Up for sale in our Tampa Showroom is this 1987 Chevrolet Camaro, one of a kind MTV special show car created for the NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK! This stunning car has a bit of history behind its crazy creation. This one was built by the same designers/makers of the Warner Brothers' "Batmobile" built this beautiful custom 1987 Camaro convertible especially for the New Kids On The Block. Since the current owner has this one they have added a few new upgrades to the car. This one has under its hood a new Eagle1 350 CID V8 power plant pushing out roughly 330 HP to the rear wheels. It has then been linked up to a smooth shifting 5 speed Automatic Transmission. As you look around this car you can tell is a complete custom build from its stretched our front bird like nose and front and rear spoilers. Then painted in a custom blue and retro 80's themed paint job that just screams. The Interior in this bad machine is a custom white leather with music note accents. There's not much that isn't custom on this car including its hydraulic front suspension that can lift and lower the car. This stunning NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK Camaro would be perfect to add to any car and music enthusiast collection. The NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK 1987 Chevrolet Camaro is equipped with AC, CD player, Manual Convertible Top, Power Windows, Seat Belts Vinyl Interior, Radial Tires and Aluminum/Alloy Wheels. To see 100+ HD pictures and videos of this NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK 1987 Chevrolet Camaro or to schedule an appointment please call the Tampa showroom at (813)645-6200 or email us directly at Tampa@GatewayClassicCars.com.

Re: I blame the Monkee Mobile

The front bumper looks like a KITT front bumper was used and modified heavily. Some very striking resemblance in the corners and the lower lip...

Re: I blame the Monkee Mobile

Does this car have The Right Stuff to attract really high bids? Or is it going to be Hangin' Tough in a low price range due to the seller's less-than-stellar feedback?

Re: I blame the Monkee Mobile

George Barris did better than this. Most of his stuff still looks good.

That useless scoop is horrible. It looks like someone tried to combine a 70's Ferrari with a drag car. But then didn't build a drag car?

Not to be a negative Nancy, but..
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should...

Only positive thing I can say is that the leather accent piece on the dash gives me an idea for that area that might actually look good.

You have to take it Step by Step.

Had to look up songs by them. Little surprised there are only 3 that I kind of remember.
