Headliner yes, console sorta. Console will physically fit in the car, might even bolt in, but seeing as how the dash is entirely different, the 91 console isn't going to cooperate unless you change the dash too.
Realistically you can usually break down thirdgens into a few years that things stayed pretty close to the same. 82-84 are pretty similar. 85-89. 90-92. Not much is going to interchange correctly between an 83 and a 91, unless you're going for the Franken-maro look.

Thanks !! ... i already have that look going on since the last owner put in a berlinetta console in it with the cassette tower which i hate ... so i was wondering if the 91 would fit better in it ... as for the dash i was thinking about pulling it out too ... well thank you very much for you reply

So headliner is definetly a go but console would be more tricky ... any other interior part that is ok ? And would the rear fenders be ok too

The headliner is probably a direct swap, assuming its decent and you can get it out and back in without destroying it. I wouldnt buy a parts car for a headliner.
Rear fenders? You mean the quarter panels? Maybe. There is some debate about the sharpness of the body lines. You can bank on minor differences just because GM most likely had to replace the stamping dies over 10 years of production.
A 91 is just a poor parts donor for an 83. Too many little things are different.

I figured that much but around here donor cars are rare and most of them arent in sorta good contiditions to get parts from ... im thinking of just selling mine and get a new one .. i mean another one id like an 86 ... year i was born ... but the price id get would be probably too low .. damn

Console wouldn't be tricky. It's a completely different style with a separate radio pod. To do it right, you'd have to change the entire dash. I wouldnt be surprised if the HVAC box or ducting would have to be changed also... A regular Camaro console would probably come a lot closer while still getting away from the Berlinetta radio

I found another donor car ... or at least i think it would be .. unless its in much better condition , 1986 Firebird ... so my understanding is 83 and 86 would be a better option for parts ??
