Right direction?

So this will be my first motor build, and I would like to do it right the first time. My plan is to build a turboed 383. I have a stock 4 bolt block, 010 casting. I'm looking at a scat forged rotating assembly, dart iron eagle 200cc heads, and comp cams nitrous hp retrofit cam and lifter kit (276/288 duration, .502/.520 lift, 113° separation). I would like to run somewhere between 8-10 psi.
1: will these parts work well together?
2: is it probable that this combo would make over 500 hp n/a?
3: on pump gas, could I up the boost safely, or stick to 8-10psi?
This will pretty much be driven once or twice a week maybe, and if I can manage to sneak away to the track if I ever get a chance. Does this sound realistic at all? Thank you for any advice
