Thanks TTOP. They really are. I loved these things. I’m changing up my intake so these are up for grabs.

Re: SLP Siamesed Runners + Intake

So how much better are these than the ones with all the tube hallway divided? Would I see or feel any noticeable difference between the ported setup I already have?

Re: SLP Siamesed Runners + Intake

I'm not sure about a comparison. I'd ask someone well versed in SLP's products and/or TPI to chime in on how much better they are, if at all.

These are the ones with one tube fully divided. You can sort of tell in the images above. The runners on the left are one, and the ones on the right have about an inch removed. This is how they came from SLP. No work has been done to them.

What set up do you have now?

Re: SLP Siamesed Runners + Intake

I have the other style runners on an Accel base... Did a little knife edge on the dividers and also siamesed the plenum to the runners. "Feels" like it's still pulling well over 5000 rpm, but no way to know without a dyno run. Wouldn't mind having your runners just to have them around, but would really like to hear from someone who's run both...

Re: SLP Siamesed Runners + Intake

That sounds like a good setup. I had these on a stock base. For me, they were really for highway fun. The car pulled further than with the stock runners by far. They increased my top end, just not sure how much since I never took it on a dyno. Also, I didn’t notice any low end loss, which I found surprising.

Re: SLP Siamesed Runners + Intake

Here's a page TTOP posted some time ago that describes them better. Second image.

Re: SLP Siamesed Runners + Intake

These things actually sold this morning. There’s another member selling a set of 2nd batch SLP’s in the classifieds and someone else selling a set of edelbrocks though. Both seem to be in good shape.
