Have spark but no injector pulse

Have spark but no injector pulse
I have an 85 tpi camaro that has been engine swapped with a 383, and it has a Holley stealth ram intake. I have a prom from TPIchips that has the 9th injector and egr deleted. Last summer the car developed a hard start condition where it acted like a carbureted engine. I had to give it gas to keep it running until it got warmed up or it would die, sometimes it would not restart if it died. It ran pretty good when it was warmed up. I started replacing parts such as the IAC, MAF, and O2 sensor but nothing helped. The rest of the sensors were replaced when the engine was swapped 3 years ago. Finally this fall the car died shortly after I started it would not start for several weeks. It has ran one more time and that's it. Here's what I've checked so far..
Fuel pressure- I have an adjustable regulator with a gauge and I'm getting over 40psi when the pump primes.
Injectors- I have 24lb Bosch injectors that are 3 years old. They all Ohm a little over 14ohms. I am getting 12V to every injector so the fuses are good. I have checked for pulse signal with a noid light and there is none.
Grounds- I have .3 ohms of resistance on my grounds, clean wires and surfaces.
Distributor- I've checked voltage at the mag pickup, cranking the engine makes 1.5 volts. The resistance was good. I recently replaced the ICM, and the previous one tested fine at OReillys.
OP switch- New
TPS- reads .55v, that increases to 4.5v when I rotate the throttle body. I have 5v reference
Ecm- If I turn the key on the check engine light comes on, no codes other than 12
I'm leaning toward a faulty injector driver in the ecm, possible wiring problem, or something in the distributor. Does anyone know what wires to check to see if my ecm is getting a signal from the distributor?
Another thing to mention is the hsr swap required a small cap external coil distributor swap.

Re: Have spark but no injector pulse
I still have the 870 ecm. The fuse next to battery is good. I checked continuity on that wire and that was good as well. So since I've got a new ICM and I have spark, I have continuity to the ecm, It seems like an ecm Issue. Is there anything else that can cause a no inj pulse? Has anyone bought a reman ecm from rock auto or know if they are any good?

I ordered the acdelco ecm. It was listed under an 85 firebird as well, I wonder why it was left off the camaro section? In a few days I'll know if that does the trick.

Re: Have spark but no injector pulse
Ok I installed the new ecm. No change. I checked for trouble codes and I'm getting a code 12 so I assume the computer is working. Still spark but no injector pulse, injectors have 12v. I'm stumped.

Re: Have spark but no injector pulse
I had an accel ICM when this all started. When it quit running I had it tested twice and it passed both times. After reading around it sounded like that test wasn't a sure thing so I got a new BW ICM. That didn't solve anything. Would an bad ICM still allow the car to get spark?

Re: Have spark but no injector pulse
If I hook a probe light to the purple/ white wire while cranking will that prove icm output to ecm? What does the computer need to see to send a pulse signal

Re: Have spark but no injector pulse
400rpm or higher of cranking before it pulses the injectors.
i don’t know what kind of signal it uses.could be a square wave. Voltage wise this shows a running engine is 1.3v .

Re: Have spark but no injector pulse
I borrowed an old distributor from someone and installed it. Car started flawlessly untimed and all. Comparing the two distributors, when you spin the gear by hand, you could feel almost no magnetic resistance on my distributor. There was a nice strong magnetic resistance on the old distributor. Any recommendations on a reliable replacement distributor?

i think this is the same distributor minus the lead from the icm to ecm pigtail.
