Back in 1982, my Dad was a salesman at a Chevy dealership in Connecticut. He gave me his pocket reference books a number of years back and I forgot that I had them until recently when I came across them stored with some other books.
This was long before computers were commonplace, so this would have been what a salesperson or sales manager would have used as a reference guide when ordering cars for the dealership inventory or doing a special order for a customer. This one was printed in June 1982, so it's pretty late in the production year.

I thought the Thirdgen community might find it interesting. Enjoy.

I have the salesman pocket books for 82-92 for both Chevrolet and Pontiac. They are interesting little tidbits of information... They kind of remind me of the Firebird redBook for information... If you have one of those.
