These are your nominations, folks. I don't have time to track the pertinent information about the nominees and their cars - especially at the time of putting up the **Voting Thread**.
That is the reason that jtmiller92's car and cdoyle's car didn't make the **Voting Thread** this month.

Re: May 2019 COTM **Voting Thread**

Wowza! Thanks for the nomination - that's pretty humbling and I'm honored!
This car was born a 1985 Iroc-Z 305 TPI Auto. The previous owner (some of you may remember the build TBRays98 thread) and I put some of the highlights on a new build thread and extended it after buying the car May 2017. I spent some time getting the car on the road as it was, but I had planned on doing a full LS3 / T56 build and was looking for the right car.

I built the car for a cool street cruiser with occasional track - but it has A/C and stock amenities
Engine: 6.2L LS3 out of 2009 Corvette, rebuilt new, Brian Tooley Stage 3 camshaft with their pushrods and valve spring kit, Drive By Wire throttle body and pedal on a Hawks mounting plate
Harness: GMPP LS3 Controller Kit - Relays, Harness, ECM, and DBW
Crossmember: Holley T56 with polly mount
Kmember: Stock, no notching
Fuel System: Racetronix with Hotwire kit, stock 4th gen Tank and lines using in tank regulator
Exhaust: Speed Engineering Headers, Custom Y to flowmaster catback
Air Conditioning: Stock 3rd gen compressor, with custom lines and manifold running standalone on Trinary switch controlling Fan and Compressor power (58x does not have ECM request inputs). I'm also running Old Air electronic heater bypass control to keep heater core cool (I live in FL)
Transmission: T56 with LS7/3 Clutch and flywheel
Interior: originally Lear Seigler Tan, but it was changed to 89 beechwood. It's mostly stock looking even with stock guages (decent job making those work with swap). I have some bigger plans on the interior, but that's another story LOL
Wheels - New US Mags Forged Aluminum 18x10 295/35/18 and fronts are 18x9 on 255/40/18s. They have the stock gold accent custom finished.

Anyway, that covers the major areas - I love driving this car all around Tampa with local club members and just having a blast!!!!

Here are some pics:

Re: May 2019 COTM **Voting Thread**

Copy of original Monroney.

This is my 89 IROC, an original LB9 G92 equipped coupe. Sitting on original equipment Goodyear gatorback tires. I purchased the Camaro in 2000 from the original owner. Everything is fully functional, and the car is kept immaculate. I do drive the vehicle to local car shows, and for my pleasure.
Unfortunately I am unable to add more photos of the car due to my schedule. But for additional info, and photos that still represent it’s current condition. Please see my Hemmings link in my signature below.
Thank you for your consideration.
Thank you Thridgen.org for the COTM, initial nomination.

G92IROC Very impressive, gorgeous car! Doesn’t get much more desirable than that!

Drew, that car does not look like it has those miles.. cool story too.. Hopefully the spys got all the bugs out of it before they unloaded it!

StansFBM awesome car.. That LS looks incredible under the hood and those wheels are amazing.. That car must be a blast to drive..

Keep em coming!

Some days it just doesn't pay to get out of bed. So when is it generally considered appropriate to accept defeat gracefully and bow out of the race? I really didn't mean to bring an appliance white Firebird to a brite red Iroc gunfight. Somehow I feel both honored and humbled at the same time.

IMO 91-92 Pontiac got it right with these Formulas. I prefer them to the Trans Ams in those two years. Beautiful car, love seeing one stock in that condition. Good luck Drew.

Not when you’re in second place and not when I haven’t even voted yet!

We have another car invited to the show that we haven’t even checked out yet!

I'd assume @gt4373 got the same PM I did, alerting him to the thread? His profile says he was on a couple hours ago. If not for the PM I wouldn't have noticed this thread or known I was mentioned. Hmm... Maybe the tag will get his attention.

Can't get enough of this 3rd gen car show, love it. Very clean Drew, I really like it. And those wheels and stance on a red IROC, StansFBM has so much done. Decisions, decisions.....

Sorry guys, had a run in with my stalker tonight that made me reconsider what I share online. Decided its best if I just to turn off my photo hosting to limit my exposure.

Good luck to all the nominated cars and owners!

Shame @gt4373 never posted. Looks like a nice ride. My brothers first car was an 84 Camaro with that same color scheme, red wheels tho, that he got to somewhat match my 90 Formula. Always thought it screamed 80’s muscle car. Would've loved to see this one.

Back when I was the owner of a lowly base Camaro, I had a list of what I wanted in a Camaro/Firebird, one of the high priorities was any color other than White. It grows on you. I like it now, but it's hard to make it pop in photos. It tends to wash out if the lighting isn't just right.

Since there's a shortage of potential COTM's maybe consider making it a "project of the month" vote in the future?

Just a thought...
