1989 GTA ASC CONVERTIBLE 350/AUTO

Selling this for a friend from his personal collection. It's a 1989 GTA TRANS AM ASC CONVERTIBLE. It's a 350 TPI 700R4 automatic. It's Bright Red w/TAN leather interior, TAN TOP. It has 13,796 ORIGINAL MILES. It's been garage kept. I will post pictures as soon as I can get over there to take pictures. It still sits on it's ORIGINAL GOODYEAR GATORBACKS 245/50/16s. I believe he still has two new GATORBACKS that are included with sale that are not mounted. He knew GM cars very well so would buy new parts when he bought cars to replace parts with original parts if he had to. Please contact through this forum and I will respond to you. This car is being shown by apointment only. The price he's asking is what he's asking, so if you think it's too much don't bother commenting. The car was $24,000+ new…He's selling for $26,500.

I remember your post about the issues you had.

Im curious if all the problems that members have had with this seller why is he still on this platform able to post things forsale when he has wronged so many people?

The GTA convertible you bought was $3000. This 89 is a 89 GTA with 13,800 miles for $26,500 it's not a project car like you bought and never came to look at....did you ever pau your rent and take care of your hoising issue? BTW Fed ex isn't going to make me pay the invoices you generated. I also informed certain people of your actions and thrratening texts....you know the one....i got people. Maybe next time send one of them to look at what you're purchasing...still in Vegas or did you have tp skip town because another landlord filed against you?

I've never spoken with or dealt with you so I can't stand behind anyone else's opinion. I will say though that when you're selling a rare car and asking top dollar, you should at least post some half decent pictures of it that include the engine bay and interior. There's also a driveway pic that looks like the car was left in the rain? Also it's un-plated, but seems to be in 3 different locations. Is it just being towed around everywhere? And why? A 13k mile car should be in a garage and kept clean, not in a driveway with a Wal-Mart rubber floor mat rifled in it.

Also a word of advice that most people here would probably give.. if you're asking 26k for a car and someone calls you out for supposedly being shady, don't just respond with shots at that individual's housing situation instead of resolving the issue. Especially not with grade 3 level grammar.

Re: 1989 GTA ASC CONVERTIBLE 350/AUTO

How you feel you can justify what you did and lied about with me not paying rent. That's what cheaters do they use the blame game oh well he didnt pay rent so it's ok not to send him what he bought and i promised. Why didn't you just send the parts that were owed to me and you wouldn't have had any issues but from the looks in the site it's what u do u make deals with people and don't follow thru wanna be cop

Re: 1989 GTA ASC CONVERTIBLE 350/AUTO

If you want to take a stab at redeeming yourself as a trustworthy seller on this platform (because 95% of potential buyers for this car are on here), post detailed pictures of the car showing all areas and any signs of wear. Also post documentation (CarFax) showing proof of the mileage as well as how many owners. From the pics you took and the info you gave, nobody will touch that car with a 100 mile pole. The hood gaps look terrible and the hood vents look bent?? The paint looks very bright and new, but it's parked under a big a** tree just waiting to hammered by a branch or s*** on by a bird.

Re: 1989 GTA ASC CONVERTIBLE 350/AUTO

I will post more pics and documentation soon. The car was moved, driven, it was at a car lot closer to me so I could pick it up. The driveway is by my home, a friend that has security lights and always someone home where as I'm not. It will be stored inside and I'll clean it myself as opossed to having any car wash place do it, and not take care of it as I would. As far as the 3rd grade level of grammar, that's so Shannon Gucci can grasp the concept, sadly I don't think he can...

Re: 1989 GTA ASC CONVERTIBLE 350/AUTO

To answer your questions, rants and accusations Shannon David Gucci, as I've stated the car was on eBay listed as a project. You chose to contact me oddly enough months after the auction ended and by phone. You begged me to sell you car. You said you would send someone to look at the car, which never happened. You went ahead with purchase regardless. When transporter arrived to pick.up car, in the dead of winter, yes I dont like the cold; I found it funny that someone who never met you said "the guy is crazy" meaning You are. Funny someone who's only contact is over the phone and first words he uttered are YOU not ME are crazy. Well anyways, the car leaves and gets to you. Only question I have if it's such a junk, piece of ****, garbage, why didn't you just ask me if I would take the car back? Shipping cost would have had to be agreed to and figured out. What happens? I'm sent invoices from Fed ex twice originated by you, I get threatening texts, I still have them. They were shown to investigators, along with other info on you and Dave Sanchez. As I stated before, I wish I wouldn't have sold you the car, but I did. I would have taken it back because it's an 87 ASC convertible which later years didn't have features 87s only had, which I told you over the phone. The few pics I did send you were in my drive to prove it was in my drive and when car left on truck with a complete GTA blk cloth interior inside car along with stock sun faded florida interior, where car was purchased new. I probably wouldn't take car back because you probably have alot into seeing as you had shops do work, I also told you that too before...I didn't think you were qualified to do a restoration. I on the other had attended Universal technical institute( automotive gas/diesel) and Lincoln technical (body/collision) at a cost of $50,000 combined. I also know how to weld and paint. So excuse me if I find you and your whole issue with this transaction ridiculous. As I've stated to you....I didn't think you could undertake this project. Sorry if you bit off more than you could chew, but you insisted to the point of aggravation for me to sell it to you.
