1991 Pontiac Firebird 3.1 100K miles, Dayton/Xenia Ohio, horrendous exterior, good interior, does not run $300 Not interested in parting out , don't ask
Sorry for the book; (long story short going to junk it but thought someone here might want it for something)
The Fireturd is for sale! I bought it after it had been in a accident in '11 I think (frame was/is fine) was driven long after accident, however it looks like it's been in a demolition derby! Originally bought as a daily driver/parts car for my 89TA. Stopped being a DD when one of the stearing box bolts broke (bolt that connects box to the frame) I did eventually fix it. Though it will need an alignment if it's to be driven again. Here's some parts stuff about it; Lower ball joints, stabilizer links, struts, front pads/rotors, rear drums, distributor cap, tires, spark plug and wires replaced around 89K ('11-'12). Also had a new starter and a re-manufactured steering box installed @94k. Have receipts for everything just mentioned. In an attempt to get it road worthy again last year I ran a new main brake line ran with new front calipers (see pictures). I also replaced window motors, radio and changed out all the bulbs. That's about all I can think of. These efforts were wasted however.. while it did run when I put her away, after sitting 6 years or so it no longer wants to stay running. It was starting for me but then it almost immediately trips high temp detected code and goes into limp mode. I replaced the thermostat, temp sensor and temp sensor wiring harness/pigtail trying to get code to go away to no avail. Was about to try a new computer but just gave up, i mean just look at the pics lol. The exhaust has all but completely rusted off, has camaro wheels, however there's almost no wear on the 7 year old tires lol. I just want it gone, not interested in parting it out. I was just going to junk it but thought someone here might want it for something. The interior is in great shape, I was going to swap out by gray interior for this black one but decided against it. Of course the dashpad is bad.. That's about all I can remember, I could get more pics if you want but I'm not keeping this up long, scrappers are on standby. Thanks for looking sorry you had to read all that

Seems like everyone and their brother is looking for a good used Black interior. Gotta be worth at least $300 just for that.
