tranny issues

anyone know of a good place that will rebuild a 4l60e? im n the pasadena area. its for a z28. if i get it rebuilt, should i upgrade the torque converter stall or stay with the same stall speed. engine and tranny have 110,000 miles on them. what could i add or ask (besides warranty) on the rebuild to make the tranny shift better and last longer?
