What’s A Good Price To Pay for a Used 3rd Gen?
The end of January/beginning of February, I’ll be in the market for a used third Gen to fix up (and or maybe even gut) to make a nice little street/strip car. From looking through craigslist ads I’ve seen good fixer uppers that are in the price range of $2000-$4500. Seems high when I start thinking about what it would take to make it a decent car.
What’s a good price to pay for a car that needs paint (body) work, interior work and blindly knowing what the mechanical side of the car is?

I say 1000.00 or less. I've been seeing some really good project cars for a grand.
