Anyone have some cyl. heads lying around?

Hey guys, wondering if anyone can help me out on this one, i'm just looking for some complete 305 or 350 heads that came off of a running engine.

Has anyone yanked out a 305 that they are looking to get rid of, or have a set of L03 heads lying around i can take off your hands?

My car is a daily driver, and i would like to do some work on my L31's, but my car has to stay on the road the whole time, so i'm looking for some junk heads to get me around for a month or two. A set of L30's would be awsome, because then i could use my intake, but either way. I just don't feel like spending $300 on set of vortecs to work on, when i have a perfectly good set sitting on my engine right now

i would post this in the classifieds, but shipping crappy heads would cost more than the heads themselves

I also have some 305 heads, fully assembled (minus the rockers). The bowls were opened and the exhuast ports polished. They've got 2.02 and 1.6?(i think thats what they are) valves too that are brand new, inner and outer springs. Only like 1500 miles on them when I pulled them off of the 383. They were on a 87' block but i don't know what they originally were. Make a offer if you want them

I have some 91 Z28 5.7L heads, and I'm sure I could scare up some 87 L69 heads. But it looks like you're set.

eh, i haven't got a set yet, im looking for a set for like $50 though. And the only heads i could think of that were that worthless in working condition are LG4 or L03 heads, but as i said, if anyone has anything, shoot me a PM.

Its impossible to put 2.02 valves on a 305 head if its going into a 305, it will contact the cylinder walls with enough lift. More like its 1.94/1.6's, which is a big step up over the 1.84/1.5s they came with

Yeah, I probably wanna hang onto the L98 heads "in case I need a 350"... my 305 is kinda tired. But if I am going to be near my storage, I'll tty before hand about the L69 ones.
