Up for sale is a complete low mileage 5.0 chevy engine. It's out of a 1988 Camaro and comes complete from air clearner to oil pan. The only parts not included with the engine are the alternator and electric water pump but for and extra $300 I might let them both go with the march alt bracket as well. The engine includes the following....

Mildly ported and rebuilt ZZ4 Aluminum heads with brand new valve springs and a 3 angle valve job

ZZ4 Roller camshaft and all new timing gear and chain

LS7 lifters

K&N Air filter with Home made non drop base air cleaner

MSD 8.5mm Red super conductor wires and fresh R45TS ACDelco plugs

Edelbrock Performer RPM intake that has been gasket matched

Comp cams 1.6 roller tip rockers on the intake and Patriot Gold 1.5 roller rockers on the exhaust

TransDapt Throttle body adapter to mate a GM throttle body to a standard carb intake

Modded factory throttle body with flow matched 55lb injectors and new TPS and IAC valve

The factory starter is included and is only a few years old

The engine had all fresh gaskets (intake/head gasket etc.) besides the oil pan gasket but it's leak free

OPTIONAL

for an extra $300 I'll throw in the a March Peformance Alternator relocation bracket, Proform Electric water pump and a stock Alternator and March Performance aluminum underdrive pulley

The engine itself only has around 70k on it and had had it's oil changed RELIGOUSLY every 3000 miles with Mobil 1 10w30 synthetic

The price is FIRM because I could honestly part the thing out and get what I'm asking for it but I'd rather sell it as a package deal. The motor runs VERY strong and is still in the car so you can hear it run, if you have cash in hand I'll even let you test drive it with me in the car ofcourse,lol.

Oh my bad lol. It's 1200 for just the engine but for the extra $300 you get all of the front accessories. Hell for another $300 after that I'll throw in a set of ceramic coated Hooker 2055's.

I'm beginning to think i might have to, I've had too many flakes so I'm probably going to just pull the motor and start taking it apart even though I really don't want too lol

It seems like a great engine, but no bueno out here for the Carb (because of "CARB" strangely enough)... But Im down for the heads and rockers. Would even consider the long block, but getting it out here would cost far too much.
