Scottsdale Cars and Coffee this weekend. If you haven't been to it, you deserve to see it.
Used to not be my favorite as you had to have something special in the eyes of Russ at the front entrance or he wouldn't let you in.
Last month, they put all of the American cars to the left of the exotics area with no doorman to keep you out of the show. Huge turnout of American muscle.
Denny's is right there for breakfast, but there is always donuts and coffee available from some of the participating businesses.
South East valley meetup leaves at 6:45 AM from the Starbucks at San Tan Village Pkwy and the south 202

I’ve been there a few times to spectate. Once I got my Z28 finished I took it up there only to be denied entry. I haven’t been back since. It’s nice to know they’re letting us in finally. Still segregated. God forbid that my car comes anywhere near one of the two dozen 911’s or an M3 still with a 30 day tag on it. Most German sports car owners would rather talk about their cars than drive them. Probably because they know they’re going to have to pay someone to fix it every time it moves. I guess I’m just bitter. Maybe I’ll give it another try. ( I do love the Italian cars though.)

I hear you. I didn't appreciate the class warfare that I have experienced there in the past neither. I can appreciate all types of cars and the work that goes into them. I appreciate a car not by where it was made or the wallet that it took to buy it, I appreciate it based off of the person behind it and the long hours spent getting it to the point that they are proud to show it....most times with the help of the family and friends. My kids and I enjoy cars way to much to let the arrogance of some ruin the experience. Hopefully, we still got a place to park even though it is segregated. I plan on having my trans am up there next month. I'll have my black 300 up there tomorrow, please introduce yourself if you see me.
