As we discussed at the May meeting, we're penciled in to have our yearly potluck bar-b-q/picnic at Craig Regional Park in Brea, on Saturday July 23rd. This is the same park we were at last year.

The park is open until 9pm, so we can start at 4pm and be just fine. My only concern is if there will still be spots open if we start that late.

We're going to bring cupcakes, macaroni salad, and the like.

I will bring Hot Dog and Hamburger buns, plus some chips. I will be leaving work @ 5PM, so I will be a bit late, though...




Also, if anyone likes the taste of crispy-fried clutch, my Formula seems to be nibbling on one :-)

Stephanie and I are bringing macaroni salad, potato salad, and fruit salad, along with cupcakes.

I plan on being there before 4pm to claim a spot and set up our canopy. I hope to have the same spot as last year. When you enter the park, follow the signs towards the baseball diamond, and you should see us. If not, just look for the thirdgens.

Remember to bring your chairs, tables, and canopies (EZ-UP) if you have them.

Bring $5 cash for the park entrance fee.

I picked up another package of Brats so that we will have plenty for back up if needed. I also picked up 2 dozen French bread sandwich rolls.

We had about 8 cars and 15 people. It was a nice relaxing day, great weather and good friends enjoying the scenery and food. Thank you all for coming, for bringing good food, and I hope you all had fun.
