Should I replace the pitman arm??
This saturday I am replacing the front suspension and steering. I am installing new:
Energy Suspension LCA bushings
Energy Suspension bump stops
Moog Center Link
Moog tie rod adjusting sleeves
Tread Saver(made by federal-mogul) idler arm
Tread Saver Inner & Outer tie rods
Tread Saver Ball joints
I also have polyurethane caps for the tie rod ends and the ball joints. Next spring I plan on installing new eibach springs and bilstein shocks and struts. When I go back in to do the front end, should I replace the pitman arm. I have been told this is a non-wearing part, and the dealer is the only place I have found it and they want $129 for it.
Your opinions and suggestions are appreciated.

No, it's not necessary to replace the pitman arm unless you somehow bent it in an accident or something....otherwise it would be a waste of money. I just got done rebuilding my whole front end yesterday and the part that had a lot of slop was the idler arm...that would explain the popping noise I used to get when I made sharp turns. Everything else was surprisingly tight.
