How much fluid do I need to completely replace the brake system fluid?

How much fluid do I need to completely replace the brake system fluid?

And is there any tips for a novice that anyone would like to share?

Please someone correct me on this, but I think you want to start at the right rear -> left rear -> right front -> left front (longest to the shortest line run --makes sense --...and I would have a couple of quarts laying around. (nothing worse that running out in the middle of the job)
