ok i have an 85 z28 and i bought the car and the power steering was not hooked up in it so i went to hook it all up today... and i have a leek where the steering shaft from the car comes out to the powersteering assembly now i noticed therees a plastic part that hooks up to it and then i got under my car and there is a leek coming from the backside of the power steering gear.... my question is what is the best way to fix this... and how hard is it to fix...

 

ok i am looking at getting a powersteering gear and there is one that shows up for my vehicle the only thing i cant understand is that it says that it is for race cars only... so if any of you know what the difference bettween the two is please let me know i know i will be driving the car on the street but if it is going to be the same that is the one i am going to run... so any ideas please let me know so i can do something to get my camaro running properly and steering correctly...
