1LE Brake upgrade parts alternative idea

Ok,I read somewhere[I think 1LE.org] about the history of the 1LE F-bodys.It said that the regular brakes were crapy,so they wanted the bigger brakes from the Caprices.Now, the Caprices should have that 1LE spindle thingamabob that everyone needs.Couldn't you just use the Caprice brake spindle and bolt it onto the F-Bodys? There are a ton of Caprices out there.

Without going into yet another long winded technical explanation.The Caprice spindle idea definitly won't work.
