Missing something in front of right wheel?

’91 camaro rs 5.0 305 stock.

i pulled the wheels yesterday to replace the sway bar links. When I was looking around at the front wheel, there appears to be mounting points in front of the front right wheel in the space between the engine compartment and fender. The left side just has a spacing bar that appears to keep the shape of the fender there, but the right is a completely different setup. There is even a pass through into the engine compartment that looks like where’d you route a hose or something. What’s missing?

There is a slot in the frame rails on the passenger side to provide access to the idler arm bolts. Generally the plastic inner wheel liner had a tab that inserts into this slot to locate the liner.

Both sides should have small braces to connect the lower portion of the fender to the chassis
