if u mean valve cover gaskets, then take off the old valve covers, remove all traces of the other gasket, clean the covers, buy a pair of Felpro gaskets from a local parts store, install them, and put the covers back on. thats it, very easy
you should have rubber gaskets which means you wont even have to clean old gasket material off. just take out the 4 bolts holding the valve covers on, chuck the old gasket, place the old one in its place and put it back.

The actual changing of those rubber gaskets is pretty simple (maybe 1-2 minutes?), like TBI305Camaro wrote. However, it might be a bit of a PITA to get the valve covers off, depending upon how much of the stock engine foliage (AIR, HCV hoses, etc.) you have to pull out of the way... make sure you don't over-tighten the bolts - i think they're only supposed to be something like 7 ft-lbs.
