It would probably depend on what you want to spend.
The World Torquer's are a good choice but fully assembled they will probably run you $800 - $1000 (ballpark).
A more economical head would be the 305 TPI heads (casting #416 for pre'87 and casting #081 for '87-'92). With some porting they flow pretty good. But with extensive work at a machine shop they will probably cost you just as much. You could try porting them yourself to save money.

actually i have a crossfire engine, hence my sig and avatar
. so do you guys recommend i keep them then? cause i really can't think of anything else i could do to add power to my car. it's already got a racing chip in it too.

I would upgrade to a later modle ECU and do exhaust, maybie shorten the runners in the intake some, bigger cam, injectors, fuel pump and Chip burning stuff.

well it's not exactly a "racing chip" but it's a better one none the less. and for injectors....that's a tough one, have you noticed how the crossfire is set up? i don't know anyone who would sell replacement/upgrade ones for a crossfire. it's kind of like a carb/injector.
