what does code 32 respresent?

Lost my hanes manual here temporarily guys and i can't seem to remember what a code 32 is? Anyways it's blinked on and off intermittently here lately and i finally got around to checking it.

Car is a 1992 camaro rs it has a new bosch 02 sensor msd super conductors, blaster coil, msd 6al, flowmaster exhaust, standard type copper ac delco plugs and a slight intake manifold coolant leak.

Only real problem is it tends to run rich (10.9 to 11.3 afr on a wideband)which i'm not sure realy why, if anything you'd think it would be running slightly lean after it's very slight mods i've done... Then again the code could be from the 02 sensor since all i could do at the time is tighten it by hand, keep forgetting to tighten it down with our 02 sensor socket at work.

Anyways i should be ale to figure this 1 out i would figure but, any advice is welcome and most especially what a code 32 is.

Code 32 is EGR. Chances are your EGR valve is hanging open.

got to thinking about it after i heard a replacement was 55$ and decided to cut the top off and weld the hole shut and grind it smooth........

Basically the main thing that changed my mind was the fact that my new engine won't have egr so it would be dumb to pay 55$ and only use it for a couple months...... Anyways i'll probably have an ses light all the time i figure and possibly hotter combustion temps but, i figure what the hell it didn't cost me anything to experiment. I'm going to go mount it up right now and see if it makes any difference.

well no check engine light and no adverse affects whatsoever yet...... some positive affect = better off idle response (must have been since mine was stuck open about 1 cm all the time....
