When you install the open air on the rs and take of the stock air filter holder with the snorkel Underneath all that is like two plug things (Sorry dont no much about cars) i belive this to be the throttle body. Whatever it is does the open air just sit on the top and hookup without any mods?

 

If it's under the air cleaner then it's the throttle body. The two "plug things" you refered to are the injectors. The air cleaner just sits on top of the throttle body.

if you get the right open element. Your metal tube that runs up from your exhaust manifold can be taken off. allong with all the other factory air cleaner peices. The little thing that plugs in, can be just layed anywhere, It is your sensor that monitors what the temperature of the air going into your engine is. Some aircleaners have little holes that you can drill out or punch out to put this back in, but it isnt nessisary. you can just tape it up over by your ac drier(the silver cylinder on the passenger side).
Also the Breather tube can be left just sticking out, some put in aftermarket breathers.
