a simple question for everyone

i was just wondering why so many people seem to respond to the ideas or questions that people have in a seemingly "that sucks" manner so often lately?
there are many ideas that will work if done correctly, just because you haven't tried one doesn't mean it is wrong. hell, look at me and pablo, we both like to follow completely different engine theories, but here we are running almost the same times at almost the same mph.
i find it especially fascinating when the response is from someone that we know nothing about, that is to say that the comment is from someone with no sig or who is too new for us to have learned if they really knowe what they are talking about.
we do have a lot of new people showing up all the time, especially since the values of cars like ours have been falling recently. so even if it is the "same old question", please try to show some respect in answering it. i am not saying that i don't want to see debates about what is best, i am just asking that the "everything but what i have sucks" attitude be toned down a bit so we can all learn.

thanks
tim

I have been browsing the boards less but I have noticed this to on most of the boards. I think people just need to keep an open mind.
