Convert Manifold for EGR and What is the best manifold!
Iv'e been looking into a way to convert manifolds to support EGR which didn't originally and i've come across this handy looking carb adapter plate which was sugested on another forum. I was thinking just bung a TB adapter on top of that and you EGR and plumb it in....

Says its for F**ds but the forum i found it on says thats okay for chevys, is that right since im new to this... Looks you could turn that into 2 holes or 1 for dual or single plane intakes. So really wanted to know if anyone has used one or have any thoughts if this would be a neat idea?!
Another thing, what is THE best manifold for street and a bit of strip use? Motors not going to see over 6k i should think. I can't find actual figures for most of them let alone graphs. I dont have restrictions on clearence so much since il be going with a fiber hood. Cheers

Your right alot do just that, i am just keen to seak some alternative manifold if it can gain me some performance and keep the EGR. Is there anything else to the EGR on the manifold apart from the hole where u dump it into the intake? If not then the adapter plate i posted would fine....right?

It might just be cheaper to get the stuff to burn your own chip and make a copy of the original and just take the EGR out of the chip. And run it with no EGR valve and have no performance issues.
