Transmission: stock t-5

Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3.73 limited slip

truck pcm with 4bbl tbi

can the truck pcm run a 4bbl tbi unit, with the maf setup?

Not unless the PCM has been modified. In stock form the injector drivers can't handle the 4 injectors.
