Porting and Cam

Heres what i have. A 350 with 193 heads TBI, hooker headers and catback no cat, all the tuning stuff for 7747 ecm from moates. There are some 416 heads that are only 50 dollars and were recently rebuilt i would port these and get a new cam would this be better than my current heads?

From what i've been told when I asked a similaar question. The ported 416's would make more power up top, but if you have a daily driver the 193 heads ported are better because use rpm band of the 193 heads it all depends on what you do. The best flowing heads i've found for the dollar are the iron patriot vortec heads.
