I know that the stock pressure is 12 to 15psi, but I have no clue about the flow rate.

I think I read in a Chiltons repair manual that the 305 tbi had 9-13 psi. I'm not too sure about these numbers, cause the whole manual was filled with mistakes.

Turbocity.com sells a high output replacement in their TBI section, if you're worried.
I'd have to say that 150 shot would be marginal, even if the stock pump is in good condition, newer.
I've heard that the stock pumps limit is about 125, for nitrous.

Don't gamble with the stock fuel pump and N2o. Spend the $98 for the 255gph Walbro in-tank replacement pump. The last thing you want to do is have the stock pump drop the fuel pressure dangerously low and blow up the motor!

also do i have to get a tbi pump? i know im running 16psi at the tbi now...i wasnt aware that this is also the psi of the pump...i thought the regulator took care of that.....if this is the case wouldnt a tpi pump have alot more pressure and not be suitable for a tbi setup?

The FPR should take care of the extra fuel by just routing it back to the tank to maintain your pressure unless it flows more than the regulator can handle, in which case youll have a pressure buildup.

Walbro makes pumps for all applications so if you were to do a search on the boards I think you can find there web site and a distributor who sells them.
