Is it all the way in, bent, kinked, or oil over filled?
If not you can put some high temp gasket maker around the block hole. Just make sure you clean all oil residue from the hole and tube first.

I usualy coat the part that goes into the block with Lock tight.
Not only does keep the tube in, it usualy seals it. There's not a whole lot of pressure there to deal with.
