i pulled my 6 month old sensor out to put some teflon tape on it cause I am getting 31 degrees of retard at a 3rd to second or 2nd to 1st downshift and i knticed the tip of the sensor is falling apart. normal? dud? my problem?

 

Installed a starter recently? That could be why. It's not normal for anything to fall apart like that.
