so i installed my new msd plug wires which took like a year from under and over the car due to the air c, and all the emissions crap

i guess the wires were touching something because i smelled some burning rubber, how do i know if the wire is still usable? Its night now so i just parked her

 

Take the wire off and test its resistance. Compare to a good wire. My accel wires show about 10k ohms, double that would probably be acceptable.
