Help reading plugs.

I have about 4500 mi on my new 383 w/MPFI in my '90 Jimmy. I recently pulled several plugs just to check them. They look like they just came out of the box w/only a hint of tan on the porcelin.

Is this okay, or is it running lean?

The picture is not very clear but Tan is the normal one.
