The GM Goodwrench comes with 249 hp @ 5200 rpms and 304ft/tq at like 3500 rpms.
This is not the L05 motor though, they're a little different. i believe the code is L51 or soemthing like that.

250 HP Ha! i really think those values from gm are way too optomistic for that engine. The head castings are kinda crappy and the stock cam is pretty weak. It looks like im getting around 220 HP out of my gmbadwrench 350. Ive spun it up to and past 5000 rpms, there aint much out there. And its not because of the throttle body i have the pressure drop is <10% in the manifold. Other than the lack of high end power, the engine is pretty decent for what it is. Gets good gas milage to boot.

That rating is with open headers and cast iron intake.
The cam in it doesn't produce much power past 3500 rpms.

I dunno exactly how much power and torque it has, but I should be running in the high 15's with my setup and little traction.
