getting rid of the peanut cam
i have an 86 T/A 305 TPI and am looking at this cam from TPIS heres the specs

What all would i need to do a complete swap lifters, springs?, pushrods? Still have the stock heads but am planing to get a set of world products tourqer's in the near feature.

With flat-tappet cams, you must always put new lifters on a new cam. So, follow their advice and get some Crane High Intensity lifters.
It would be a very good idea to wait to do the cam until you do the heads. The springs that come with the Worlds will easily handle this cam.
Pushrods and rockers should be kept as a set. You can keep them together when you pull the heads (keep rocker & ball together, too), and put them on matched back together on the new heads. If you go with new rockers, it's a good idea to get new pushrods, too (don't tell anyone, but I've put new rockers with old pushrods several times, with nary a failure).
