Motor Mount Replacement

I did a search and found out what I already presumed to be true about changing the motor mounts in a 3rd gen(clamshell style). PITA. I was wondering if anyone has found an easier way of changing the mounts. As yet my stock ones are not broken, but I want to use the Poly mounts I purchased anyway. I plan to pull the motor this summer and think I'll tackle the job then. Anyone know any good tips for this?

Brother and myself did mine and it wasn't that bad. We had the use of a lift - that helped alot - it took us less than 1 hour to do both motor mounts.
