heads

I have a blown head gasket. I am about to start but before I do I need to know torque specs and torque sequence for the heads and intake. Any other things I need to know? Any info would be appreciated.

Not to sound like a smart ***, but go buy a Haynes manual.

It has all of the information you need for this job and then some.

It's much easier to have a manual laid out on the radiator support than to run back and forth to the computer or to try and read your notes.

This is off the top of my head..... but I'm 99.9% sure it's right.

It's really pretty easy, just start in the center and rotate clockwise.

Go in 3 step 15lb increments for the heads, and 2 step 15 lb increments for the intake.

I.E. Heads..... 35/50/65

Intake 20/35

Intake manifold is 30, at least that's what I thought.

Either way, that's why you should get the book!

Which vehicle has teh failed head gasket? Repair time will depend on the engine, fuel system, etc. Also, there may be some other things you'll want to check while the heads are off, and some optional work that could be done with the heads removed if you have the time/will/budget.

Well, if I were you I would use head bolt washers and don't forget to put sealer on the head bolt threads.
