Can a Coil be Mounted Upside Down??
I have a miniram on my engine and they don't seem to have a provision to mount a coil to it so my next best thought is to just mount it on the lip on the firewall, kind of like how the MAP is mounted on the TBI cars. The coil is the direct replacement MSD part#8668 for the small cap dist. that have the remote coil. Would it be a problem if its mounted upside down? How about the MSD 6AL I plan to install after any particular position it needs to be in?
Thanks
Thanks

Thanks guys, I was pretty sure I could do that but just needed a little reassurance it was alright. I'm going to mount it on the firewall lip right next to the distributor so the primary wiring should be as short as any stock setup.
