new plugs..
new plugs..
Hey.. I searched thru prior messages, but I got many conflicting viewpoints that it really didn't help... Of course, I probably will here, too... oh well!
I'm thinking it's about time to change my plugs.. It's pretty much stock 305, as you can see from my .sig.. No internal work on it..
What are good plugs to get? I was gonna just walk into autozone and grab whatever the book suggested, but I may as well ask first...
I read somewhere that since I have a bigger coil, i can file the lil bendy part down some... and this magically helps power and fuel mileage.... Thoughts on this?
Thanks!

It is always a personal preference with spark plugs. Me and my friends al use different brands and swear by them. If you want to spend some money, I think NGK plugs are the best.
The only plug I dont like is Champion...
I have also used the GM Rapidfire plugs with success in my 91 GTA....
