ok i have an automatic hatch pulldown unit. I hate the dman thing and its gotta go. Its been disconnected by the original owner so it dont work for me. Since it dont work my hatch doesn't close tight anymore. How can i remove it and put a regular hatch lock assembly. I want power unlocking but not the pull down. How do i do this and is there anything special needed(like a mount)? thnaks in advance d00ds
