SOB...I screwed up a cam bearing today...help please

I was removing my cam to put in my LPE 219 today and screwed up the last cam bearing in the front of the engine with the distributor gear. The cam hit the crossbraces in the front of the engine bay and while I was trying to bend them out of the way the gear chewed some grooves into the bearing!
I know that the bearing has to be replaced, but should I replace them all now? The engine is still in the car and I don't want to pull it. Can they all be done from the front of the car? I'll have to call my machinist on monday I guess and see if he can come over and help, but let me know what you guys think.

the first bearing would be easy to replace but i can't think of any way to replace the other 4 with the engine in the car, or even with the engine still together.
