im plugging the injectors back in on my 87 camaro i just converted from a 305 tpi to a 350 and all the injectors are like black with a pink stripe and look the same. Which goes where? someone tried to tell me the computer fires a whole bank of injectors at same time ?? that sounds very inefficient

 

Yes, the computer fires 4 injectors at a time. This system is called "batch-fire". There are 4 injectors on each side, and they should be laid out in a 2x2 pattern. Two in the front and two in the back, on each side. As long as you keep the sides correct (meaning left side from right side), you can hook them up whereever they line up.

The ECM fires all 8 injectors at the same time. It makes no differance which plug goes where.

No the computer only fires 4 at a time it's a batch fire system. They were pretty easy to figure out on mine. They only reach so far so just hook them to where the wires reach.
