Smog woe's

Took my car for a smog checkup in Ca. today here are the results
Hc(PPM)
MAX: 120/140
GP= 270/290
MEAS: 496/150
CO(%)
MAX: 1.00/1.00
GP=2.50/2.50
MEAS: 4.07/3.42
To say the least now my car is classified as a mass polluter! It Runs Perfect and all components Passed. I NEED HELP, please tell me what i could do to make this pass. These numbers are insanly high.
91 TPI Z28
supercomp (hooker) Headers
Flowmaster 70 s.

BTW i crunched my cat a while ago and had it replaced. Since then iThas been smelling bad. Could they have put it on wrong?

Looks like it's running rich. Also you saying the cat smells bad, they do smell pretty bad if running rich. Check and see if you have any codes stored. Also, might want to try replacing the O2 sensor.

O2 sensor is huge if that goes bad it will destroy your emissions. Just do a basic tuneup. Make sure your air filters dont need to be changed. Do a spark plug change. All of those things will result in you not getting a complete burn if theyre not working right.
